How to Schedule an Urgent Care Appointment
Please call ahead to be added to our waitlist. Patients are prioritized based on the severity of their symptoms, with life-threatening cases given immediate attention. While we strive to accommodate all urgent cases promptly, some wait time may be necessary.

Cost of Urgent Care
The urgent care exam fee is $96.00 and is due at the time of service. Additional treatment costs may vary depending on the nature of the medical issue and required interventions.

After-Hours Care
For urgent medical issues outside of our regular hours, we recommend visiting one of the nearby emergency hospitals listed on our website. These facilities are equipped to provide round-the-clock care for your pet’s needs.

Payment Options
We accept cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, and Care Credit. Payment is required at the time of service.

Pet Insurance and Reimbursement
While we do not directly handle pet insurance claims, we provide detailed documentation of your pet’s visit for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Continued Care
Following urgent care treatment, we recommend scheduling a follow-up appointment with your primary care veterinarian for ongoing care and monitoring.

Species Treated
We offer urgent care services for dogs, cats, and select exotic pets and birds. Please call ahead to ensure we can accommodate your unique pet’s needs.
